Position Open:

Manager

Location: Yavatmal or Nagpur (with frequent travel to districts across Vidarbha)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager at Eklavya India Foundation located in Nagpur. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our programs, including managing a team of mentors and coaches, coordinating with partner organizations, developing and implementing strategies for student success, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization.

The Manager will also be involved in fundraising efforts, government partnership, building relationships with stakeholders, and monitoring the impact of our programs.

Responsibility:
Managing the team in day to day operation while executing the ongoing programs
• Managing existing govt and corporate (CSR) partnerships and creating new partnerships
• Liasoning with district administration including tribal department and social welfare department in the district (with IAS officers)
• Coordination with school leaders from higher secondary schools
• Regular liaisons with the government official for execution of project partnership
• Compile and organize documentation related to partnerships and Eklavya’s organizational strategy

Skills & Qualification required:
Postgraduate in Management/Social Sciences/Public Policy/Development Studies or equivalent
Experience of project management with government and corporate
Familiarity with India’s Public Administration system
Program and Data management including ability to work in a self-starting environment
Basic proficiency in data visualization tools like Canvas, Tableau etc.
Good communication, writing and presentation skills including proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Working Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi languages (written and/or verbal)
Ability to conduct office paperwork (in Marathi) and documentation
Strong communication : Marathi communication with govt office, presentation skills, persuasion skill, relationship building skill, documentation and report writing for government and CSR projects
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Knowledge of higher education systems and admission processes
Experience in fundraising and partnership development
Passion for education equity and social impact

Remuneration: 5 LPA (negotiable)
